An early reveal of what I'll be wearing for Thanksgiving this year! A cranberry pencil skirt with a silver metallic sweater and the collar necklace I bought back in August! And of course....I selected something from the shoe challenge...the Enzo silver metallic pumps! I am ready for the week to get started! This weekend I bought all of my supplies to bake my desserts, a pumpkin layered cheesecake and oatmeal raisin cookies. I was going to make a third item but I have to get everything done on Tuesday night...two will have to do. I am hoping that this skirt will keep me in check by not over-eating, but in the case that I do...the sweater will hide it all :)
Love that collar, you look marvellous! Love the pop of the pink skirt too, perfect for the season :)
ReplyDeleteLove your skirt, great color :)

Pumpkin layered cheesecake - yum! Love the skirt and yes, a sweater will work wonders to hide any evidence of overeating. Happy Thanksgiving week :)
ReplyDeleteI really love the skirt but I'm with you when it comes to the collar being awesome too. Really like this look in general Bessie, it's very bright and fitting for Autumn.
ReplyDeleteThe collar is just perfect and I love how you paired everything together. The leather jacket gives the whole outfit an edge!

I have no clue what I'm going to be wear for Thanksgiving. I love your collar necklace.
ReplyDeleteI love the collar and colour of your skirt. To ensure a more streamlined look, I would recommend that the sleeve be shortened a little, or you could push the sleeves up a little to give it a ruched look.

I like the colour of your skirt, the classy leather jacket and of course the collar necklace. gosh, I've been looking for one and still haven't found it..

ReplyDeleteawesome look
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt, it's a great color, very festive. The two items you're making both sound great. Oatmeal is bad for gout, so I haven't had an oatmeal raisin cookie for almost a year.
ReplyDeleteI hope my question regarding Thursday's main course wasn't upsetting. I shouldn't have asked if turkey was on the menu when I'm pretty sure it won't be.
Well now I feel like an underachiever because I was only planning to bring one lousy cake to dinner..I love that leather jacket.
ReplyDeleteLove your skirt and your shoes! This is such a nice outfit...love it!
ReplyDeleteLove your Thanksgiving look, Bessie! The collar necklace is fabulous and so is the color of the skirt!
ReplyDeleteHappy baking and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
