And so we begin....our very last week of Summer. If there was a season where I bought more than usual it was Spring/Summer of this year. Was it just me, or did many of you find more than the usual number of trends you wanted to try? This top was purchased from Zara early in the season, but never quite made it to the blog. You'll see the rest of the pieces this week as I'm playing the mad dash game of "fit it squeeze it into the season."
I've always wanted a leatehr skirt...and your's is just perfect! Love this black and white outfit! It never fails!

I adore the tweed Bessie and that skirt is just awesome, it looks so classy and yet appealing, awesome look as always, I didn't think that someone who was so young could rock a tweed look but I've been proven very wrong!

I completely agree, this past summer was so full of different trends! I LOVE this top and I think you'll definitely get a lot of use out of it in Fall by layering. Such a pretty outfit!

ReplyDeleteI have so many unworn pieces of clothing too from this spring/summer but sadly enough they will not be able to make it to the blog before the end of summer!! I'll have to some how incorporate them into my fall outfits or they'll have to wait for the next spring! Love this tweed top, Bessie, especially the beautiful back detail.

Yeah, we really bought more than usual this S/S, especially Dammie. Trying not buy as much this fall, that's not been working though... This top is a good buy, it'll easily transition to fall and love the fact that its great for a night out. Hope you had a great weekend!

So I'll confess to you: I got the trapeze! I've been wanting it for ages and ages and when I finally made it to a Celine boutique I couldn't walk away without it. As I've said many times before, handbags are the least important part of my wardrobe but when I *really* want something, you can bet your nickels I'll get it. As my friend said, if you're going to spend an egregious amount on a handbag, the trapeze is about as good as they get - and that girl hates fashion of any kind! It's on it's way from NY (tax purposes ;) and because DC doesn't have a boutique!
