Another week is about to end!  I've been looking forward to this weekend because I can finally open up the September Magazines I've received this week, InStyle, Elle, and People Style Watch are patiently waiting on my coffee table!  While Fall Fashion is hitting the store racks and the pieces are flying off the shelves!  I have to be honest, I am still not ready for Summer to be over!  It's starting to cool down at a very fast pace in Chicago, I am hoping for 1 more heatwave...just 1 more!

  17. This oufit just screamed Summer to me, hat, shorts, bracelets and that bag, oh so freaking gorgeous! You do look stunning always, but when you do this laid back (still very stylish and posh!) outfits I feel I could join the party too and share an afternoon with you shopping, sightseeing or just chatting over a cup of tea ^^

  19. I have a knit tank very similar to yours, Bessie...only mine is a lighter green. I picked it up a while back at NY&C when it was on sale! I love this whole outfit...its a perfect weekend getaway look.

  25. That is so true, Bessie, even I'm not ready for summer to be over! Its getting cooler here in Iowa too!, this morning it was already 58!! So unfair!

  39. Orange, olive and white are colors I would have never thought to put together - looks very fresh and summery. Hope you get your one last heatwave! If not, you can hop on a plane to Hawaii ... we'll be enjoying sunny and warm weather for a while. :)

  82. White, olive, and blood orange - yes please! I'm actually completely ready for fall and winter to take over so I shivered a little at the thought of a heat wave (is that an oxymoron?). But for your sake I hope you get it - Chicago winters are notoriously brutal.

    I may be coming around the midwest on my way to Utah in the fall (I just came back from there and I'm planning yet another trip :)
