What's the most coveted hour of your day at the office? If you're an early riser and always the first person at work, is it the hour right when you arrive? You look forward to that 1 solid hour of uninterrupted time to cross off items on your 'to-do,' list. Others may say, Lunch is their most coveted hour. It's 1 hour breaking the day into 2, a time to catch-up with office buddies, or if you are like me....I'll make a quick dash to LOFT when I spot a good sale email in the morning. And that's exactly what I did when they sent out a 50% off coupon good towards EVERYTHING in the store! The rest of the people in this post? They're lovely tourists enjoying coveted days of leisure. Shopping or Full-Time Leisure...I suppose you may have to give up 1 to get the other.

I am the early riser and I love to be the first one in the door!! One year a student figured out I arrived at school by 6AM, so she began to come in at 6:30...though I love her dearly...I so missed my time alone in preparation for the day! I cherished it and still do...she graduated :)

The problem for me is that I go in there and stare at the same stuff I've been looking at for the last few months and then there's the new shiny stuff just waiting and winking at me from the corner! Fall is my fashion weakness! And then to add to it I can justify any purchase as being an early birthday gift.... (sigh)
But for now I am firmly cemented in the 100 degree heat wave and know for sure that summer still triumphs for a few more weeks at least.
So? Kids? I didn't know you have children.
The dress and the jacket?!?!? ooohhh! ahhhh! You need to stop tempting me like this! At first it was the fan clutch and now this! Even before the big announcement that red will be BIG for the F/W2012 I have loved red. And this dress is such a pretty way to display this color! Interestingly enough, I was out last night at Sephora looking for just the right red nail polish and think I found the right one. Couldn't hardly contain my excitement! I waited in line to purchase the polish and envisioned myself rushing home and putting it on! I stepped out of the 76 degree A/C store into 100 degrees and rushed home and painted my nail hot pink! hahaha
