It has been a very busy week! This week, my office moved so I had to stay late and pack up. I finally feel like I have some time to catch up this weekend. The heatwave I wished for last week did finally arrive, and it came back in full force, it's 95 degrees today! And guess what I'm doing? Photographing for September of course! I couldn't have picked a better day to photograph my new leather pieces... Be careful of what you wish for!

I just saw a dress similar to this in the Free People catalog, $228 for a gauzy, sheer thing. Yikes! Maybe browsing F21 would be a better option!

You look like you're ready for a stroll by the lake, an ice cream cone, and some window shopping. Sigh... here in DC I already need a light jacket in the evenings (I was shivering last night!). Not that I miss 95 degree days but I'm not sure I can let go of summer quite yet. On the bright side, September isn't going to be too cold so we can still sneak in some sundresses and straw hats.
