Back 2 Basics with Glossybox

Another FAB Glossybox!
I was fortunate to receive another Glossybox shipment and I am excited to share the contents with you!  Since many of us are hitting the beach this month, Glossybox put an emphasis on returning to basics!  Let's revitalize and pamper ourselves to restore our natural beauty!

Wella Professionals Enrich Moisturizing Treatment
Sample Size: .84 oz
Full Size: 5.07 oz , Retail Price: $12.00
Wella Professionals Enrich Moisturizing Treatment is a lightweight hair conditioning mask containing silk extracts to moisturize your tresses!  Just the remedy if you are out under the sun!  I used this sample for 5 days, it left my hair feeling silk smooth!

A Perfume Organic "Urban Organic"
Sample Size: Typical Fragrance Sample
Full Size .41 oz, Retail Price $65
Perfume Organic Fragrance sample that smells like lavender and grapefruit. The scent is light and refreshing!

Ahava Mineral Botanic Velvet Cream Wash
Sample Size: 3oz
Full Size: 17 oz, Retail Price $22
My first time trying Ahava!  I am impressed because this shower cream not only cleanses but also moisturizes your skin!  I've tried a lot of different shower gels claiming hydration release but this one really delivers on its promise!  The hibiscus and fig scent is amazing!

First Aid Beauty Smooth Shave Cream
Sample Size: 2 oz
Full Size: 6.8 oz, Retail Price: $16.50
First Aid beauty shaving cream minimizes razor burns, provides a close shave, softens and smoothes skin!  Did it deliver?  Absolutely!  This product provided a closer shave than my usual Skintimate Moisturizing Shave Gel.  If fruity/powder scents are overwhelming, you'll love this because it is unscented!

Ofra Eye shadow Ice in "Go Black"
Sample Size: .47oz.
Full Size: .47 oz, Retail Price $14.95

Glossybox introduced me to Ofra Cosmetics!  The "Eye Shadow Ice" is a creamy shadow suitable for all types of users.  It's highly pigmented and has primer infused into the formula!  I am currently testing this product as I practice Fall make-up looks.  This product gives me greater application control to achieve a smokey eye look.

vBeaute'  Skincare Trio
Sample Size: .033 oz (each product)
Full Size: Lite Up 1 oz/$150, Buying Time 1.7 oz/$135, Eye Never .5 oz/$85
When I receive skincare samples, I read the labels to make sure there's nothing that will irritate my sensitive skin.  VBeaute' products are paraben, fragrance, gluten, nut, and oat free!  I immediately tried it, and definitely noticed that my skin looked more radiant!  And it didn't irritate my complexion at all!

  3. Hey Bessie!
I've been whishing to get one of those trendy beauty boxes!! They mean such a great chance to test products before buying. Unfortunately, the few brands in my country don't seem to have their system well stablished yet.

  5. Yum, hibiscus/fig scent sounds amazing and would remind me of when I spent time in Egypt and drank hibiscus tea every morning. These products sounds great, and your mention of fall make-up looks has made me really excited for the fall to roll around!

  30. Some of these look like they could be nice or fun to experiment with. I like the idea of the V-series and something to make my hair behave. :)

Should I be embarrassed to admit that brilliant was the first word that threw me for a loop in the manner it was used?

  31. I have a tender face, so the shaving cream might be good even for me. =)

  32. Love the coral nail polish! I agree with reading the labels of irritants in the products! Hope you are having a wonderful day!
