Tie Dye
Tied?
Or Untied?
| Dress: Forever 21 (Similar Here) Sandals: Impo (Get it Here) Earrings: Forever 21 Clic Clac Bracelet: Hermes Bamboo Bangles: Express (If u have $ to burn see this) |
I'll be the first to admit that it has been a long and busy work week! I am ready to enjoy a relaxing weekend! So what do we think of this dress? Do we like it tied or untied? Personally I like it tied. However, with a gust of wind, photographed at the right angles, you can see the full effect of the tie dye pattern! Can you say tie dye tied really fast 3 times?
Enjoy your weekend!
have an air so light with this dress! must be really convenient!

SO gorgeous! I love the print and adore anything lightweight with a racerback. Your accessories are wonderful as well. I hope you have a great weekend :)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great both ways, but would prefer the dress tied on myself. This is the perfect dress for summer - great color and print! Have a nice weekend :)
ReplyDeleteI love your casual looks! I vote for tied.

Very pretty dress - love the pattern and it would be perfect to just throw on for the weekend! :)

Perfect for a hot day. I can even see adding a wide, tan belt with nude heels for a dresser look.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress Bessie. I think I like it tied too just so then it doesn't overwhelm you. But it looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the dress and that Hermes bracelet!!
ReplyDeleteYou are looking lovely in this cheerful outfit. Its a great summer outfit !
ReplyDeleteHere in our country, tie and die stoles [we call them "dupattas"} in cotton are very popular. We wear these stoles with our traditional outfit called "salwar kameez".
The sandals are beautiful!
have a nice day,
Adorable! And those shoes... OH my! The dress is cute both ways, but I do like it tied...really accentuates your petite frame.
ReplyDeleteAdorable! And those shoes... OH my! The dress is cute both ways, but I do like it tied...really accentuates your petite frame.
ReplyDeletethis is a great casual dress and a great color on you. i personally prefer it tied - with such a small frame a large fabric like that with no structure can really overwhelm you.
ReplyDeletesoo pretty summer photos :) you look awesome dear, very pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI like it styled all of these ways, I think because of the nice colour. Happy weekend Bessie! xo
ReplyDeleteWOW!! Bessie, beautiful outfit... I am now following your amazing blog! Thank you so much for check out mine! I do hope one day my blog can be as fabulous as yours!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dress, Bessie! I like it tied, but on you, untied looks amazing too! Hey, I tried tie-dyed multiple times and towards the end it sounded- TaDad!!

Cute sandals and the dress look so comfy!
ReplyDeleteLove the maxi! Perfect for the super duper hot weather in Lebanon :P
ReplyDeleteI'd like it with a brown belt, cz I like the tied look but not a big fan of the actual belt. You could use that as a headband or to tie on your handbag :) It's what I usually do with the belts that come with dresses in the same pattern.
You look great...love the bracelets :)
ReplyDeletea perfect dress for the summer! fun and very flowy!!
ReplyDeleteTied for me :D Stunning as usual!
ReplyDeletehttp://follementefashion.blogspot.it/
loving how you accessorized it.
ReplyDeleteI prefer it tied.
Beautiful as usual.

I like it both ways and really can't decide. Love the sandals with it and the Hermes is very nice! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Bessie. Prefer the dress tied, you could add another style of belt as another option. You look very cool in the dress with hot humid weather we are having right now. As you know I adore Maxi dresses, so versatile and feminine.
ReplyDeleteI prefer it tied....it's so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love the dress tied :) gives it more of a defined look :)
ReplyDeletehave a happy weekend :)

Love this dress! Just bought it for ym sister. I love my maxi dresses clinched at the waist - they add so much more flair even to a simple dress! This color looks gerat on you.

ReplyDeletekassicalife.blogspot.com
I like it both ways. Tied for dinner and untied for running around as a bathing suit cover up.
ReplyDeleteah, so cute! I love how your dress transforms into beach comfy when you take the belt off, and when its on its more of a going out/ party type of a look.

you are an absolute stunner tied or not tied....doesn't matter! Beautiful dress, beautiful print...TOTALLY into tie dye this summer:)

I like it tied
ReplyDeleteYou're so beautiful :) love your dress!!
ReplyDeleteI love that dress! It looks cute either way :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely tied to show off your figure! Love that first shot (bracelets) - nice field of depth. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI prefer it tied too! Tying it at the waist accentuates your curves; it looks a bit too shapeless for my liking untied. The color is very pretty on you Bessie!
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought tied. Then I looked again and thought untied. Then I realized I can't pick one over the other. There are pros both ways and I'm at a loss for cons.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I like it tied too. and I actually think almost every a bit wider dress should be tied or combined with a waist-belt. your Hermes bracelet is gorgeous btw!
ReplyDeleteMaiken,
Maikeni blogi - part of me
I vote tied to define your waist and show how small it is. Love your Hermes Clic bracelet! I have a red version that I adore :)
ReplyDeleteYour dressing reminds me of Bali. I like this type of resort-style printed clothes, so relaxing......
ReplyDeleteThe dress is gorgeous and in my humble opinion for city wear, tied is better but on vacation or at the beach, untied looks more relax.. love the Hermes bangle too.. love is under-rated, more like drool ;)

I actually tried saying the 'tie dye tied' really fast. :)) haha I think the dress looks better if it's tied. :) Nonetheless, the dress looks really pretty!

ReplyDeleteI love tie dye, it always reminds me of my holidays! Definitely tied, it has such a gorgeous silhouette then :) xox
ReplyDeletehttp://myobsessiondujour.blogspot.co.uk/
great. ♥
ReplyDeleteEither! Though I must say, the movement is spectacular untied. I could only see myself doing that on a beach vacation-- would feel too undone otherwise.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress! Love it belted. The matching sandals are so cute too!
ReplyDeleteI love the dress! I like it tied too. Have a great weekend!

Hello darling! love your dress!
ReplyDeleteyour look is really nice, I'm back and I posted in my blog

I think I would like it untied on the beach and maybe tied with a different belt for a different look. Sometimes those flimsy ribbon ties don't do a dress justice. I also love how you paired those express bracelets with the Hermes!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a lovely blog and a cute "about me" :) glad to have come across your page :)
ReplyDeletewww.iampiscesw.blogspot.com
Gorgeous dress - such a glam yet easygoing look. :) I like it tied.
ReplyDeleteDo you want me to get a splint for my tongue or what? I can't say that!
ReplyDeleteI really never liked the whole tie dye thing (too psychedelic) but this dress is very pretty and I like it's print (not too out there tie dye). I like it tied as well since it shows off your small waist.
And you win! Keenest eye on the blog! haha I had taken my watch off to bathe my daughter and forgot to put it on (and I never forget!)
So you say you can put it away but it sure doesn't show!
Happy Sunday to you and hope you get some much needed rest!

I've seen so many lovely maxi-dresses in the blogsphere and it's time for me to get one as well! You look so nice...both tied and untied for a more casual look...I would also try to style it with a brown leather belt if you want to play more in the accessory department. I hope you are enjoying a great w-e!
ReplyDeleteIt looks really good!
