It seems like we're taking a sharp turn! A turn from neons, colour blocked brights, retro florals, and all over pastels into neutral territory. As I've been paging through the many magazine subscriptions delivered to my mailbox, I've noticed more monochromatic black and white looks than anything else. Just when we're wondering, how much brighter, more floral, and delightfully pastel can things get? We see things in black and white. Predictable? Not so much. Dramatic? Absolutely.....
There is something spectacular about that belt!

I love that the straps of the top has large buckles. It's not a detail you see often. I have to admit that I'm the other way around. I wear so much gray that I couldn't figure out why people were telling me they liked my outfit when I wore a new sweater {it was on sale at Target so not really noteworthy}. Then I realized I was wearing a color. :) I guess a dramatic change in either direction is really noticeable.
