Slice of Lime

I once mentioned in a post that I tend to think in a pattern of triplets versus pairs.  This was evidenced earlier this week by the outfit "Trilogy," and I'll note that this month I'll be featuring 3 dresses, all of which are in citrus colours!  I've never worn such a bright and voluminous cocktail dress!  A year ago, I would have simply walked right past this dress, it wouldn't have jumped out at me because it wasn't something I'd normally select.  Hmmm that may be the reason why I have so many little black dresses!

    SN- The BB this month are Gossip Girl themed I have heard that there will be a Dior mascara but haven't seen anything confirmed and the girls on makeup talk think there will be about 19 different box variations so I think it will be hit or miss if it can change your mind about them :)

Well, I was apprehensive about lime or as a matter of fact, any green before, but these days my taste in color has changed a lot too! I'm head over heels in love with this lime green dress of yours! The other night Giuliana Rancic wore a very similar lime green dress with similar volume in the skirt on E News and I was going crazy for it!

  63. So in a year you've completely changed the way you dress?
    I too love the little black dress and although I love this
    color and dress it would take a lot of consideration for
    me to purchase. I think in terms of "will I be able to wear
    this SEVERAL times with different accessories" and that
    typically works with neutral safe colors. You do however
    inspire me to play with color more. What brought about the
    change? Is there a blog post about it or perhaps some future
    detail?
